Please use your First Name + 3 letters of last name for your username.  Example:  Sam Smith would use SamSmi as the username.  Or use you first and last name with no spaces.  Example:  Sam Smith would use SamSmith as the username.  You can also use your email address as your userame.

Other Examples...If your name is Lucy Jane Ann Clark, you would use LucyC

If your name is hyphenated like Sara-Sue Riley Black, you would use Sara-SueBla

If you have multiple names like Jim Cheng Lee Pei Chong, you would use JimChong

Use your initials in lower case, a dash "-" + your DJ number as the password + !, including DJ in upper case. 

Example: Sam Smith above would use:   ss-DJ112233!

Please note ship dates as we only ship orders twice a month!
Orders received by the 12th of the month will ship out on the 15th (if the 15th falls on a weekend it will ship on Monday).
Orders received by the 27th of the month will ship out on the 30th or 31st (if the last day falls on a weekend it will ship on Monday).

Your email address will be used for confirmation emails of your order.
